Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #84), by increasing the price limitation by $824,661 from $4,341,925 to $5,166,586 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. There is no time extension being requested for this contract. 100% Federal Funds
