Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes, Division of Operations to retroactively amend an existing professional service contract for the NH E-ZPass Back Office with Cubic Transportation Systems Inc. (originally approved by G&C on 10-7-15, item #25), to restructure the schedule for deliverables, payment of project delivery and Operation and Maintenance costs, and Key Performance Indicators of the contract. Effective January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020. No Additional Funding.
