Description
Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #86), by increasing the price limitation by $958,360 from $5,069,065 to $6,027,425 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. There is no time extension being requested for this contract. 100% Federal Funds
