Description

Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source retroactive agreement with the NorthEast Transportation Training & Certification Program Inc., Marshfield, MA, to participate in NHTTCP’s training and certification program, for a fee not to exceed $65,000. Effective January 21, 2020 through December 31, 2021, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period. 100% Federal Funds.
