Authorize to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the NH Department of Fish and Game, Concord, NH, to utilize funding from the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust to partially fund the purchase and replacement of certain F&G vehicles, in the amount not to exceed $200,100.
