Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source contract amendment with KOAL PLLC, Belmont, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-21-18, item #73), at the request of the Department of Environmental Services, for Professional Services related to completing the construction documents and providing construction administration for the construction of the DES Construction and Operations Facility, by increasing the base amount by $434,071 from $338,906 to $772,977. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2021. 100% General-Capital Funds.
