Authorize to enter into a contract with Sustainable Energy Advantage, LLC, Framingham, MA, for $28,362, to provide renewable portfolio standard consulting services on behalf of the Department. Effective upon G&C approval through August 13, 2026. The contract term may be extended by six months to conduct the same or similar work, and the not-to-exceed amount may be increased, all at the sole option of the State, contingent upon satisfactory contractor performance, projected requirements for similar consulting services, and upon G&C approval. 100% Renewable Energy Fund
