Authorize to enter into a sole source supplemental contract with Liberty Utilities, (EnergyNorth Natural Gas) Corp., d/b/a Liberty Utilities, Londonderry, NH, for a total price not to exceed $569,004 in accordance with the settlement agreement of the extra costs associated with the installation and operation of the temporary heating facilities in Concord, NH, during the period of March 1, 2017 through November 1, 2018. Effective upon G&C approval and shall terminate upon payment of the fourth and final monthly invoice in approximately five months. The cost of the contract will be paid in 4 monthly installments of $142,251, contingent upon availability and continued appropriations through various individual Department of Administrative Services budgeted utility line expenditures.
