Description
Authorize the Bureau of Environment to make payments to the Department of Environmental Services for permit-related fees pursuant to the Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act, for DOT construction projects and maintenance activities requiring impacts to the protected shorelands of the state. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021.
