Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the New England Central Railroad Inc., Rochester, NY, to assign bridge maintenance and inspection responsibilities on the State-owned portion of the Northern Railroad Line to New England Central Railroad Inc. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2020.
