Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Eurovia Atlantic Coast LLC, Charlotte, NC, for resurfacing of five sections of Tier 2 roadways in District 4, on the basis of a low bid of $2,831,784.88. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $141,589.24 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 11, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
