Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management & Operations to enter into a contract amendment with Tilson Technology Management Inc., Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 3-22-17, item #23), to continue the implementation of the Advanced Transportation Management System on the Frederick E. Everett Turnpike, by increasing the amount by $181,840 from $4,384,192.31 to $4,566,032.31. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Turnpike Funds.
