Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. (originally approved by G&C on 10-7-15, item #29), to perform the second phase of a turnpike transportation system upgrade along 3 miles of the F.E. Everett Turnpike (I-293) through Exits 6 and 7 in the City of Manchester, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2019 to June 30, 2020. No Additional Funding.
