Authorize to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire, under the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement for Cooperative Projects between the State of New Hampshire and the University System of New Hampshire, for continuation of the UNH Extension Wildlife Conservation Program for a total of $476,585. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
