Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a lease agreement with Wireless Partners Networks LLC of Portland, ME, for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Milan Hill in Milan Hill State Park, with the option to extend for 4 additional one-year periods. (2)Further authorize to accept annual rental payment revenue. Effective upon G&C approval.
