Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Community Recreation to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing grant agreement for a Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund – State and Local Assistance Program sub-grant with the City of Franklin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #110), by extending the completion date from August 31, 2024 to August 31, 2025, with no change to the grant limitation of $45,000.
