Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to retroactively amend an existing contract with Amoskeag Maintenance Services, LLC, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/12/25, Item #44), to provide painting services for the Baldwin Center and Headquarters building at the Fox State Forest located at 309 Center Road in Hillsborough, NH extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to August 31, 2025, with no change to the price limitation of $42,340.71.
