Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract with Lacewood Group Inc., Moultonborough, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-23-19, item #110), for the provision of Carpentry Services on an as needed basis, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $100,000 from $100,000 to $200,000 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2020.
