Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an agreement with Alba Architects LLP, North Woodstock, NH, for Architectural Services required for planning, design and construction of various projects as necessary and required by the Department, in an amount not to exceed $500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022.
