Authorize to enter into an agreement with Mercer Health & Benefits LLC, Phoenix, AZ, to provide consulting services to define requirements and deliverables for an Electronic Visit Verification system as required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, in an amount not to exceed $275,380. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
