Description

Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option and amend an existing agreement with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-1-19, item #18), to provide a Business Intelligence solution, with specific functionality to surround the creation of an opioid dashboard, by increasing the price limitation by $680,961 from $2,270,549 to $2,951,510, and by extending the completion date from November 29, 2019 to November 29, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
