Description
Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with the NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-16, item #18), to enhance and expand access to juvenile court diversion accredited programs in underserved regions within the State where accredited juvenile court diversion programs currently do not exist and support the infrastructure of the NH Juvenile Diversion Network, by increasing the price by $49,500 from $1,033,696 to $1,083,196. Effective upon G&C approval through the original completion date of June 30, 2020. 100% Other (Governor’s Commission) Funds.
