Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Waypoint (f/k/a Child and Family Services of NH) Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-17, item #13B), to provide services to assist in closing child protection assessments more timely by increasing the price by $560,000 from $573,844 to $1,133,844, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2020. 100% General Funds.
