Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement resurfacing, on the basis of a low bid of $4,114,712.10. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $205,735.61 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 11, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
