Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 2.1 +/- acre parcel of State-owned land located on the westerly side of North Main Street, just south of the Spaulding Turnpike Exit 15 Northbound off ramp in the City of Rochester, to 400 North Main Street LLC, for $33,100 which includes the $1,100 Administrative Fee. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 80% Federal, 20% Highway Funds.
