Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with B.U.R Construction LLC, Newport, NH, for construction of a three-legged single land roundabout in Swanzey, on the basis of a low bid of $1,431,812.25. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $100,226.86 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
