Authorize to amend the sole source contract agreement with Smart Energy Use LLC, Meredith, NH, for professional services to mentor and train NH personnel associated with the Community Action Agencies of NH and their Weatherization Assistance Programs, by increasing the amount by $14,000 from $6,000 to $20,000.
