Authorize the Division of Economic Development, Office of International Commerce to enter into a contract with the Manufacturing Extension Partnership of NH Inc., Concord, NH, to provide specialized market intelligence aimed at producing market insights for new technology-based products and markets in compliance with a grant awarded by the US Department of Defense through the Office of Economic Adjustment, in the amount of $150,000.
