Authorize the Bureau of Trails to enter into a contract with USI Insurance Services LLC, Bedford, NH, for the purchase of general liability insurance for the Off-Highway Recreational Vehicle, Snowmobile, and/or NH Heritage Trails Programs, in an amount not to exceed $129,600.
