Authorize a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the City of Dover, NH in an amount not to exceed $250,000, to finance the Infiltration and Inflow Reduction Plan-Bellamy, Knox Marsh, and Mount Vernon project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin. Rules of Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds
