Authorize to retroactively amend an agreement with the NH Rivers Council (originally approved by G&C on 4-17-13, item #78), for the McQuesten Brook and Pond Watershed Restoration Plan – Phase 2 Implementation: Dam Removals project, by extending the completion date to September 30, 2011 from September 30, 2019. No Cost time extension only.
