Authorize to amend an Aquatic Resource Mitigation grant to the Upper Valley Land Trust Inc., Hanover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-1-19, item #53), by replacing Exhibit A, Scope of Services, to effectuate the purpose of the grant to conserve 377 acres of land in Hanover. Effective upon G&C approval. No Additional Funding. 100% Aquatic Resource Mitigation Funds.
