Authorize a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program, in an amount not to exceed $400,000, to finance the Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Concentration and Destruction Technologies Evaluation Phase I project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin. Rules of Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
