Authorized the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract Fulcrum Associates, LLC, Amherst, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,498,903, for the State Police Hangar project. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $145,308 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $40,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of construction administration services, estimated to be November 30, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Capital Funds
