Authorize a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the Plymouth Village Water and Sewer District, Plymouth, NH in the amount not to exceed $500,000 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund BIL Funds
