Description
Authorize to grant a salary increase to Erik P. Bal, as an Attorney, from $62,500 to $66,000. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2019. (2)Further authorize to appoint Erik P. Bal as an Assistant Attorney General at a salary level of $69,000. Effective upon G&C approval or January 3, 2020, whichever is later, through December 6, 2020.
