Authorize to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $493,000 from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, NH 2019 Statewide Drug Court Project, for the purpose of providing a strategic and targeted training program to address specific needs of adult drug courts. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 13, 2019.
