Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the NH Public Defenders Office, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $50,000 from the US Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, for the purpose of hiring a social worker to work with defendants in drug-related cases. Effective January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
