Authorize, with Glencliff Home, to retroactively amend existing agreements with 2 of the vendors as detailed in letter dated October 21, 2019 (originally approved by G&C on 6-5-19, item #23), to provide temporary nurse staffing services including licensed nursing assistants with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2021 or to the joint price limitation shared among the 2 vendors of $2,350,000. Effective September 1, 2019.
