Authorize to amend the sole source contract agreement with the Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-14-19, item #37), for the federal Weatherization Assistance Program, by increasing the amount by $120,615 from $33,571 to $154,186.
