Authorize to amend the sole source contract agreement with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-14-19, item #35), for the federal Weatherization Assistance Program, by increasing the amount by $216,072 from $60,138 to $276,210.
