Authorize the Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property, Surplus Distribution Section to accept and expend Trade Mitigation Funds in the amount of $53,440 from the US Department of Agriculture which will be used to reimburse Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, for administrative expenses in relation to the Trade Mitigation program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
