Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Bi-State Primary Care Association Inc., Bow, NH, to provide facilitation for integrated medication assisted treatment for pregnant, postpartum and parenting women organizations in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
