Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for rehabilitation of the bridge carrying NH Route 16 over Ellis River in Jackson, on the basis of a low bid of $1,462,477.75. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $73,123.89 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2020. 100% General Funds.
