Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with BETA Group Inc., Manchester, NH, for preliminary design of improvements to approximately 3 miles of NH Route 125 in the Town of Epping, for an amount not to exceed $1,404,791.23. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
