Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with E.D. Swett Inc., Concord, NH, for bridge rehabilitation efforts on I-89 NB, SB bridges over US Route 4 at Exit 19 and associated ramp work and bridge preservation work on the I-89 NB, SB bridges over the Mascoma River, on the basis of a low bid of $9,764,986. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $488,249.30 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 14, 2022. 51.2% General, 48.8% Federal Funds.
