Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Vermont Recreational Surfacing & Fencing Inc., Barnet, VT, for replacement of cable and beam guardrail and “F” terminal units on Tier 2 and 3 roads, on the basis of a low bid of $714,644.25. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $35,732.21 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
