Description
Authorize to retroactively enter into a grant agreement with Refurbished Equipment Marketplace (REM) also d/b/a Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center Inc., Concord, NH, to provide assistances to individuals with Intellectual and Development Disabilities in purchasing, servicing, and in the delivery of REM equipment, in the amount of $40,000. (2)Further authorize an advance payment in the amount of $20,000 at the beginning of each contract year to REM. Effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
