Authorize to amend on a retroactive sole source basis, a contract with Optimal Energy Inc., Hinesburg, VT (originally approved by G&C on 9-27-17, item #41), to provide expert services to support the participation in proceedings related to energy efficiency and grid modernization before the NH Public Utilities Commission, by extending the expiration date from September 30, 2019 to June 30, 2021. No Additional Funding. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 8, 2019.
