Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Slalom, Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #99), utilizing Salesforce Professional Services statewide contract under the Department of Administrative Services Statewide Master Agreements for Salesforce Professional Services to develop the Food Protection Licensing and Inspection Information system, by increasing the price limitation by $1,000,000 from $2,700,000 to $3,700,000 with no change to the contract completion date of December 31, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
